My passion for the American Old West began when I was a kid and has stayed with me ever since. I have always been fascinated by the people, places, stories, and everyday life of the frontier—especially the remarkable period from 1860 to 1900. Of all the places connected to the Old West, Tombstone, Arizona, holds a special place in my heart. Its history, legendary characters, businesses, saloons, hardships, and stories provide a fascinating window into what life was really like in the American West. Through this website, I hope to share that passion with others by exploring the history and culture of the era. My goal is not only to celebrate the famous legends of the West, but also to look beyond the myths and discover the real people, places, food, clothing, trades, customs, and daily experiences that shaped frontier life. Whenever possible, I strive to separate documented history from legend and use historical records and period sources to help tell these stories accurately. Most importantly, I hope this website can educate, inspire curiosity, and do its part to keep the spirit of the Old West alive for future generations. The Old West may belong to history, but its stories should never be forgotten.
